WTG Via Aqua SKimmer / Resun FR and MH Light

Need to clear up my store room for CNY la.

Want to give aways the below items. However terms apply:

1. Students will be given 1st priority.

2. I reserve the rights on whom I wish to give away these items. Cos some reefer been not very propular in this forum.

3. Collection will be in Jurong West.

4. Srictly due via PM.

Item 1

Via Aqua Multi- Skimmer with UV light.

This skimmer can house some bio media and act as a bio filter as well. If you do not wish to use the UV light, that compartment can house media like carbon or bio rings. No instruction manual, however should be able to find on the web.

Once confirm taker, then I will test it first. Do not wish to waste your trip down.

The last test done on this skimmer is Sep 08.

Resun FR. I find adding in media is not easy for this FR. Thus you better know what you are in for....he he.

Item 3

This is an antique MH light. Its call Pendant....maybe good for collection item ...ha ha....

This is a 175 Watts MH. Not sure if can use the current 150 Watts bulb. If no taker for this item, will be down to the rubbish bin this weekend.

what so difficult about adding the media in?

can use seachem phosguard as media?

Hi Dnsfpl

Cos the internal pipe is attached to the top cap. Thus find that it might be only 2 ways to add media into this FR:

1. Pour the media into the FR after closing it.

2. Fill the FR with media horizontally then screw in the cap.

Not sure if this make sense.

BTW I never use this FR before. This was given to me by another reefer.

Any reefer used Resun FR are welcome to add in....
