Nudi help please T.T

I Noticed a nudi on my zoa this morning.... WA SIAN. i have heard about these *$&@*$#$ers.... My nudi was blue... i saw one only, but im sure there was more. i took a satay stick and fling it away, and im sure it will come back. After inspecting my zoas, i found that some of the polyps have nudi eggs. It is white and i think 2 or 3 polyps were infected.

Can someone advice me how to remove the eggs? Can i just remove the polyps and use a toothpick to scrape the eggs away? I dun want to FW bath, as i have heard that the eggs are quite resistant. Regarding lugols solution, i dun have.... so.. could i just use a toothpick to scrape it off?

My zoo expel its zooxanthellae leh this morning. How? i see alot of long brown threads coming out of the zoos mouth.... now its open. looks normal. But how ah? will it die??
