hi to all bros... i jus bought a yellow mimic tang... it was yellow in color... but now half of it turn white... need advise on wat might hav cos e fish to turn white... im using 4 tube t5 light n water temp is 25-26deg... thanx.... is it e water too cold or e light to bright...

I keep this fish too. When I 1st bought it, it is yellow. However, as it grows bigger, it begins to turn greyish white, although most of it's body remains yellow. Check with some websites, it's normal. However, to be on the safe side, please post some pics for more experienced reefers to confirm.

May be due to missing of certain victamin. Do you feed "green" food like seaweeds or veg. to your tangs?

thanx for all e advise... its now turn to yellow back... guess when it feel scare it wil turn white... after sometime, it turn to yellow back... now another problem... ITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
