bought some rowaphos today ....today my foreign talent did a mass clean up of my refugium.....now spick and span...even the glass are totally clean from dots of coraline and algae...using the tom's metal scraper...

will throw away my 6 bags of contraphos soon since phosphate levels are rising....indicating exhaustion....time for more bags

used the sera fine filter bag to house the rowaphos....not bad....like a sock and stretchable..hehe...

it is very small in the packaging..but stretches like a stocking...then you can see the tiny pores like in the pick....i use it also to cover my return pump to prevent the refugium algae from migrating too much....

been asking Henry for it and he doesn't have stock for the biggest Rowaphos.

yeah...schooling behaviour very natural looking and interesting...

but must stress that make sure you dun overload your tank and suddenly all the water parameters go haywire
