Rocks:

maybe u wan to look around forum's Sell off/Pasar Malam Shop, ppl who are decoming / dwngrading like larry ng, he's clearing his liverocks. they usually come cheaper compared to LFS.

Still, it depends on ur preference, i heard tht LRs are cheaper at Lim chu kang, i m not sure if it's Coral farm or LCK 201. haa

Fishes:

there are lots of LFS, depend on where u wan to go, here is a list of LFS:

http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?f=q&hl=...617981&z=11

consolidated by our fellow reefer here: "markietan", Mark thnx to him =)

Dear all,

Kindly advise where can I buy Live Rocks and Marine Fish from? I read some of the threads saying Seletar Farmway, someone told me I can get it at Jalan Besah too (no specific location).

Thanks!

There is T95 at the end part of Seletar West Farmway 1 which is not listed there. Can add on to the list too. You travel into this road and go all the way to the end and you'll see a hand written signboard stating "Marine Fish" on your left.

Old uncle sells nice and afforable corals and fishes...many purple coraline coated liverocks too.

Was your tank cycled? When u introduce new LR from LFS into the tank, they're not fully cured, meaning there're still some organism on the LR dying off. U have to let the LR cure.... letting your system run for 1mth or so, let the water clear up, no foul smell. Only then can u safely add in fishes.

I do not know the condition of your tank now, but i guess the fishes died due to ammonia spike after introducing the LR.

Are you running any filtration for your tank? It's necessary so that dead stuff, dirt are filtrated from the water during this cycling phase.

Don't add anymore fishes for the next 2-3 wks. Change 50% of the water, and let the system cycle first.

Hope this helps
