i'm currently running 250w without chiller too...using fan to cool water. so far so good. keeping my temperature below 27.5 most of the time...so far highest temp is 28...but that's probably because i turn on air con at night when i sleep...

Huh... then won't there be temperature fluctuations? Also, at night won't it be cooler already?

Coz I have the same problem, last time I turned on the aircon was like in 1+ years ago maybe more.... because I was afriad of a temp drop in the tank

my temp fluctuation around 2 degrees the most...coz at night, i turn off my fan and my room temp goes down to 25 the most... yup, so daily temp is about 25-27....my lights are around 11 inches above water...dun think can go any lower and risk cracking my centre bracing...yup, hope that helps
