there is a super long thread on dosing vitamin c for zoas at reefcentral.

just wanna find out if anyone tried it before and how are the results...

also looking around for the powdered (buffered) form of vitamin C at pharmacies.. not much luck but will keep looking. if anyone knows where I can get sodium ascorbate, do let me know.
