hmm nice torch you got sis ;)  ;)  ;)

thanks bro Dispar....looked healthy so it followed me home..... bought this orange spotted sand shifting goby too....made my DSB alot cleaner with it's shifting action. There were 2 left in the tank but when the guy tried to catch them one went missing..... :o it was nowhere to be seen after that..... :( I hope it didn't fall into a crevice and got dried up......

Cute fish.....

used to have it too..

but it really loves to dig the sand up....might affect rock sturcture...

but lovely addition!!

thanks bro Ivcap....yes you're right about that.....yesterday found a huge deep crevice at the front of my tank near some rocks..... <_< found my torch on the sand bed and my elegance sunk right into the sand because it tried to dig a hole through it.

thought it would be a good sand shifter , which it did in clearing any detritus that has settled on the top layer but this fellow burrows too deep which is a concern now because of my LR.

There goes another bad choice of picking this species.... :erm:

yeah....when I wanted to buy the 2 that were left in the tank , I noticed they would go together everywhere shifting sand in the mouth but again I am thankful for just one.....imagine the havoc if there were 2...... :o

yeah...when i put him in clam tank...4th day appear the spots...i scared infect the rest of the tangs in the main system, put him in toyogo tub...after that move him to a 4ft tank and then feel confident enough than put him back into the main system...and on 4th day in main system, come out white spots again....but after that he just got better and better....till no spots now

thats why i believe there is a low level of infection sometimes in our tanks....which reflects what that was niceeee said...sometimes u think dun have coz other fishes dun have...then u put a new fish in....then it starts to appear again...

so when the new fish finally starts to get used to his environment and eat alot, then that's when it has a real fighting chance against ich..

meanwhile you can only try to keep parameters up and hope the new comer doesnt become a hosting ground for ich which multiplies, regroups for an outbreak for the rest of the fishes. :)
