If you are going to Tioman go to Berjaya or Paya beach resort.I don't know about other resorts wether they take you to Renggis island or not.I enjoyed in Renggis cause the corals all are super healthy with montis everywhere.But the Porites all bleached.

Ooo Sipadan is very popular for diving.Heard there got loads of healthy reefs.

sipadan is more like atoll where u can see lots of pelagics gather.. u should be able to see lots of turtles... Try barracuda point and see barras and jacks doing the cyclone.. if u can, and swim into the centre of it.. it is very therapeutic... also, the hammerhead sharks gathering point.... that is a deep dive..

u can try Tiger Reef and Lobster Bay while u are in tioman
