This glue safe?

I need to confirm if this brand of glue is safe to use...getting sick of one of the frags keep getting toppled over...I found out the culprit..it's my yellow tang that keeps nibbling at the algae located at the base of the frag. :angry:

Anyway..brand is ALL PEOPLE'S

Superior Contact Cement.

Can be used for rubber, leather, P.V.C, metal, wood , glass, procelain, etc.

So what is the probability that it is reef safe? :huh:

Always something more important than fish.
