35cm cube nano setup question

Hi everyone, i have a nano 35cm cube planted tank, intend to change it to a nano marine. Currently i have eden 501 canister and a 70 watt MH jbj k2 viper lighting, can these equipment be use for a marine setup? Is the eden 501 with a 300L/H flowrate enuf for a marine nano tank? I intend to change the MH bulb to marine one if i proceed with the project. Apart from that, a wave maker and protein skimmer for a nano tank will be purchase for the setup. Any recommendations for what type of sand should i use? Where can i get gd quality of live rock and marine sand? Thanks! :thanks:
