Just to share some info:

Read from a website that product is recommended for marine Ich.

Kent Marine RxP - unsafe for lionfish, stonefish, nudibranch, starfish, sea cuke etc..

Waterlife Cuprazin - unsafe for invertebrates

Waterlife Myxazin - safe for invertebrates

http://www.waterlife.co.uk/diseasetreatments.htm#myxazin

So after reading. Think Myxazin is the only one suitable. Read in this forum someone is recommending it too.

Anyone which LFs carrying this Waterlife Myxazin product?

I prefer Octozin. Although mainly used V.S hole in the head, I have tried it against ich and it works too.

I prefer to use it as it does not discolour the water like Myxazin does. It comes as tablet form. B)

I read from the Waterlife website.. Seem like most also claim to cure ich. The different is whether is it reef safe. So I am also confuse which to buy.

Just like Seachem medication product too.

Thanks Fuel, will check with Henry.

I've used octozin...it was reef-safe for me..just follow the dosage instructions and all should be well. If I remember correctly the only invert group it is unsafe for are echinoderms...the starfish and sea urchin group..

Octozin might take longer to work compared to Myxazin.

You will have to read the instructions. Not sure if it is lethal to echinoderms..but I vaguely remember that in the instructions. As for the dosage the marine dosage must be half the dosage recommended for freshwater tanks.

I've used that medication quite long ago..when I was 15 yrs old? That's like 5-6 years ago......
