Installation will c/w a pair of 12" x 12", strong, white powder coated shelf brackets.

Also included is a 5/8" thick plywood board (yet uncut to fit whatever space constraints you may have).

I have also bought non-slip discs to stabilise the chiller in operation.

All these are provided foc.

I have actually planned to fix it to face the window, but financial difficulty forced me to rethink reef, and instead keep fowlr for the time being.

The items above are bought before i decided not to install the chiller.

Do drop by for a viewing. You surely will not be disappointed.

I am at Bedok Reservoir.

I would be very interested if not for the rising electrical cost, nb all thanks to our "elites" <_<

Haha no probs..

Actually if you're concerned with the elect $, this is a good choice for it consumes little energy..

Much much lower elect than the China-made ones, for the same cooling capacity.

I am curious how are u actually going to do d installation if the tank is in d hall and if there are space and ventilation constrain? I mean where will u be placing the chiller?

My tank is just next to a window. I mount the chiller with a pair of shelf brackets and plywood board.

This shelf is window ledge height level.

The warm air is blown outwards the window.

Above the chiller I place a pc of mounting board to block the rain.

Need to see your floor plan before I can recommend a good position for you. :eyebrow:

Cheers

So that means to say d chiller will be outside the window and u totally cannot see it from inside? How about the hose and wires? Will it be unsightly?

Erm no lah, the chiller still inside the house.

The chiller is flushed to the windows only. I am not confident as yet to mount it outside of house DIY style.. no doubt i can find aircon men to install external brackets just like for aircons..

As the window is just next to the tank (about 1 metre), the hose exposed to sight is not too bad. Anyway the hose runs behind my skimmer. I keep it as neat as possible.

See attached pic, you can imagine the chiller at window height and hoses behind the skimmer. I don't have a pic with the chiller mounted thugh..
