btw the flowrate of the fr i have tested from 1200lph to 100lph, never can get a good reading, but anyway i dun care much now, my sandbed seems to be clearing up and ls are opening up big, either they got used to the po4 or my measuring is faulty, anyway my main problem is with seeing the diatoms so long as its not there i am happy lol

bro, alot of pump can drive the beckett..

but alot of back pressure that will spoil the pump in long run,

we have alot of stories of rio20 and rio32 hf breaking down..

due to back pressure :)

Guess it's always gd to try out instead of believeing in what others say. Cause in fish keeping there're no fixed rules cause everyone has different experience.

Bro the previous owner was using a rio as well and no problem encountered. And I've actually checked with a few bros using rio as well and all gave me quite positive feedback. Sometimes i think is "heng suay" one, maybe suay suay buy one which is of inferior quality

Quite true. Never use before so cant help much. Only heard ppl saying using power pump to beef up its performance and need tuning to achieve its optimal. Hope to get yr review after you have settled down.

Wishing you Heng Heng all the way, strike To-To, 4D, etc and treat us for a feast. Hehehe.

U r always so helpful. If SRC has award for "THE MOST HELPFUL REEFER" I will surely vote for u...ahahahaha

Actually the tuning is more or less the same as other skimmers and for a 1st time user like me, I do not have any problem to get it up n running so i guess anyone else will also be able to do it without much problem as well.

And yes becketts are powerful skimmers and I am very satisfied with it. Within an hour of installation i can actually see a lot of bubbles collected in the cup, will try posting some pics tonight.

Thanks for ur well wishes and if i really so lucky tio toto, 4d etc, i will definitely call u 1st. ahahahahaa..............anyway also want to wish u luck gd gd oso ;)

And finally a FW..................

Wa, really look similiar to yr old 4ft scaping wor...not bad. Also can try the 'two mountains and valley' concept next time when you want to change the scaping, quite nice also for your tank height and size.

Pistol shrimp skill? Chim...maybe it's about the skill you have in stacking the LR to create the caves?
