always been using 150w but read somehwere in forum that 250w will be more favorable for the zoas. anyone has experience this before? afraid that after upgrade to 250w MH, and my zoas melt away due to the heat intensity. my tank height is 2ft tall only.

Read in reefcentral that the zoas should be able to take the light if you let them get used to it gradually. ie, leave the zoas on the sand bed first and move them up slowly.

But I'm only using 150w. The zoas on the top of the rockscape are doing great.
