SRC Member Vinoth Posted November 26, 2003 SRC Member Share Posted November 26, 2003 Which router you are using? Is you router has builtin firewall?
SRC Member hsloo Posted November 26, 2003 SRC Member Share Posted November 26, 2003 Hi, my best guess is a broadband router. To use iRC, you need to open some inbound ports (Port Forwarding) to your PC's internal IP address, and of course enable the access control. SRC Member Hon Posted November 28, 2003 SRC Member Share Posted November 28, 2003 Open port 6667 and 6668. The default install for IRC client is using port 6667. Port 6668 is for redundant use.
