hi Marine Expertradoos,

Do i change water during cycling period and also is it advisable to change the filter wool during this time?

And my pH level has dropped to 6.8, it is advisable to add pH buffer or just let nature take its course?

Currently, i have 2 mushrooms, 2 polyps and 2 fishes in the tank.

Thanks :thanks:

The fishes are there to generate ammonia and to keep the cycling process going. But i only add the soft corals and fishes on the 2nd week.

The only thing i'm not sure is whether to do a 10-20% water change during cycling.

To newbies and noobies,

I have checked and confirmed.

Never change your water during cycling period till 50 days when it is complete.

And DO NOT switch on your Ozoniser during cycling period.

And only ON your ozoniser in the night. Day time off it.
