about garlic

Hi ,everyone .Can i ownself use a normal garlic (which is use for cooking) to squeeze out the juice and mix the garlic juice with my frozen misis shrimp??? Can this be done or must i buy the garlic guard which is sold in the LFS in bottle forn. THANKS greatly

You do not have to squeeze out the juice. Just thaw the brine shrimp on top of crush garlic.

Let the brine shrimp soak for a while then serve it.

At least wash the garlic to rid it of pesticides.

Is it safe to use raw garlic ? No germs/parasites harmful to LS ?

There's no parasite and all on garlic...

but very troublesome to be crushing and squeezing garlic all the time. It is a good investment to get garlic guard. U only need one or two drops at a time so can last quite a while... should consider...
