Raised by me, letting go as I do not have the luxury of growout space as yet.

Would like to have a rough idea on how many people are interested in captive bred miniature orchid dottybacks at sgd $40 per pc. I am still considering how many pcs to let off. Those who are interested pls indicate your interest here. I will contact you once the fish are ready. Currently they are at 1.5cm. Will grow them out awhile more. :thanks:

My 2ft Tank

Tank specification ;

1) 8 mm glass with external overflow tank

2) 8 mm sump tank

3) Main return pump - AB 3000 ( 45 W )

4) Chiller main return pump - AB 2000i ( 18 W )

5) Chiller - Artica titanium chiller 1/10 HP ( 75 W)

6) Wave maker - tunze 6206 nano wavebox ( 10 W only ! )

7) Skimmer - H & S skimmer with AB needle wheel ( 18 W )

8) CR - RM Calcium reactor with AB 1000 ( 10W )

9) Denitirator - RM suplur Dnitirator with maxi jet pump ( 12 W )

10 ) Lighting - Lumen Auqa LED lighting ( 48 W only ! )

11) Hailei ozone generator ( 7 W )

12) Oceanus 2 x 2ft LED lighting ( 14 W) for chaeto planting

I have 8 pieces ranging from 1/2 to 3/4 inch. Feeding greedily on cyclopeeze and a very fine granulated diet. Great size for nano tanks, possibly one of the most reef safe and well-behaved of all dottyback species. Fishes are kept in a system in which the water input is treated via a 55W UV sterilizer, no chance for disease. :evil:

They should exceed 1 inch within another 2 weeks as they are very healthy and fast growers. $40 each. I will include some of the fine granulated diet for any purchase, great food for shrimps and corals as well.
