Beautiful. I remember it died of internal complications?

Was it easy to feed?

acccording to greencloud, it was feeding on mysis and pecking on liverocks.

but it got skinnier despite feeding.

typical anampses. my anampses twistii and anampses chrysocephalus also fed alot but got skinnier and died.

Difficult genus jux like leopard wrasse. I'll try once at least, maybe one day if i can get lennardi.

One of my favourite fish: valenciennea bella (one for sale at $250 in Japan LFS Sangodo)

the feminine wrasse was sold at $280!

not expensive if you ask me for a fish so pretty and so rare.

but the difficulty is an issue.

The difficulty is a big big issue! If it's so difficult to keep alive even $28 is considered expensive.

However if i can get a healthy, eating and well conditioned piece like wat was offered by LADD, i dun mind paying three times the amount.

fishbase lists that bella is found in the philippines too.

Yap, but most likely in areas where there's no collection. Otherwise we should have seen it by now.

check out the streamers on this koran x maculosus hybrid and the blue angel!

i've never seen those grow so long before.

The small misbar bandit is amazing too.

Also the big gem tang and conspic!

But typical HK FOWLR, the tank is small but has so many fishes. But the fishes always seem healthy.
