OMG! Look at these hybrids and rare fishes!

Pseudanthias caudalis

A big anthias (up to 17 cm). Lives among rocky reefs at depths of 50 – 100 m around the Izu Peninsular, Kashiwajima and the Ogasawara Islands. Famous for its characteristic nuptial coloration (a change in body color and patterns during the breeding season). Otherwise the normal colour is just peach orange and the whole fish resembles thompsoni anthias from hawaii.

at the end where it changed from a swan to a hideous duck!
