OMG! Look at these hybrids and rare fishes!

bradley has an amazing fish collection. his tank is bustling with fish and all in an SPS tnak.

these are just some of his many ventralis anthias. all are very fat and healthy and he has kept them for years. good quarantine practices + healthy specimens will ensure long lived fish! sadly many ventralis often come with internal parasites and need to be medicated.

they eat but never grow fat!

Anampses chrysocephalus is a difficult and v sensitive fish. they are difficult to feed, often ship very badly and many die within weeks. also they are prone to internal parasites as well. males are especially sensitive and many arrive DOA.

this one has been with him for years as well. i'm v jealous and love this fish!

this is one of the more amazing fairy wrasse transformations i've seen. he bought this earlei as a juvinile, not even a female. and look what it has grown into. a beautiful studly alpha male!

hundreds of chaot's leopard have entered singapore in the past few years but the number of surviving specimens are probably less than a dozen. perhaps that is also over estimating. having tried this species before, i can testify to the difficulty.

his tank is an angel paradise! and all these live in a fully stocked SPS and LPS reef. amazing! his tank is the most overstocked SPS tank i've sen with countless of anthias, angels, and wrasses! i love tanks like these as it mixes fish and corals so well.

even a large christmas island emperor swims in his tank. while most of the above mentioned fish are not rare, many are v difficult to keep in captivity so seeing one alive is, kinda rare in its own way.

bartletts tend to fade in captivity after awhile. bartletts that survive many years in aquariums are often very light pink, almost white!

i used to watch it in Waikiki's webcam last year...now the webcam has shifted to a seal habitat....
