some rarities at LADD recently.

Prognathodes brasiliensis - Brazil longnose butterfly. I love this fish, but recently getting very rare. I hope to keep one one day.

Paracheilinus rubricaudalis - Red-tailed flasher wrasse. A beautiful flasher wrasse from vanuatu and fiji. Used to be very common whenever vanuatu/walt smith shipment come. but recent lack of vanuatu shipment has made this fish absent in singapore.

Festucalex gibbsi - Gibb's pipehorse. this is for the seahorse and oddball fans.

Liopropoma africanum - African reef basslet. A beautiful, hardy and small basslet perfect for reef tanks. But it is rare and comes with an expensive price tag. Digiman has one.

Awesome .Time we get some in.

guyanensis is such a gorgeous fish. i had the chance to see 2 small (2.5 inch) specimens in blueharbor the last time i visited Koji. it is so beautiful, but i wish they were more affordable.

since we're on the topic, here's an old collage of all the obtainable prognathodes.

LiveAquaria has brought in all the obtainable prognathodes, even Guyanensis x aya. the only one out of their reach so far has been basabei.
