where to discard used tubes?

if i'm not wrong all compact cluorescent lights (CFL) contains mecury.. so what do u do with your old t5 tubes? is there a channel in sg where I can recycle it?

some of the tubes are still quite bright, just that the light produced is abit yellowish, which causes algae to grow very fast...
