Deltec APF 600 on 2ft CUBE tank with sump?

getting my new tank soon. confirm on getting APF600 .

guys , is it enough for my tank with normal loads of coral and fishes?

Definite enough as this model APF 600 is for up to 1000 litres for normal stocking. Heavy stockings up to 750 litres. This info is from Reef Depot web site.

Your 2 ft cube + sump should not exceed 500 litres. Happy reefing.

btw i thinking of getting MH. so shd i it be 150w or 250w? currently keeping LPS and Soft corals.

but if in future keeping sps, will 150w enough?

250w might be too strong for ur lps since ur tank ht is onli 2ft. lps may end up bleaching also...

You may need to add chiller if using MH... You may also want to consider using full spectrum of T5s since you are going LPS... may be cheaper to maintain..

Personally, I like the look of MH + T5 combo... just that the chiller will work harder

If got budget, can try Evotech 40W... saw the wave maker at Irwana... pretty neat stuff, small footprint inside the tank, powerful yet only 28 Watts... If I can, I may want to upgrade to those in future
