its stops ich in its free floating stage....

it doesnt eradicate ich....but gives your fishes a better chance in fighting it

bro , if you want to eradicate ich try ozone as U.V. isn't strong enough. It is mainly to kill of floating algae and clear yellowish waters. It helps when temperatures are raised but in a reef tank set-up thats out of the question.

ozone is twice as dangerous as UV. imagine having an ozone leak in the contraption.

to use ozone safely, u need an orp meter to ensure that ozone doesnt wipe out your whole tank..hehe

nah....it's not dangerous at all it's only if you have the knowledge and experience
