The clarity of acrylic tanks are hard to resist... I find that the distortion from normal glass is quite bad. Getting those starphire glass for nanos seems like an overkill, so acrylic should be good enough. I'm not sure of the comparison price-wise though. I'm quite careful with my stuff, so hopefully scratches will be kept at the minimum, if not, none.

Thanks for the PM!

Anyone else have more lobang? :eyebrow:

Anyone? Maybe an expected price range would also be good. Thinking of setting up a similar sized tank that I have (1.5 x 1.5 x 1) with external overflow and sump (1.5 x 1 x 1). Thanks in advance!

 Pretty steep for a nano, IMO. Could tell from their website that they do produce quality stuff.

Acrylic tanks do not come cheap so u must be prepared to pay the additional price for acrylic tanks. It's like a mac with a pc

Bro, you want to try asking these guys? If they don't know how to make tank, you can buy the materials from them to make one yourself.

?!? just make the thing yourself if that's the case...

Go buy the acrylic and cement at Bras Basar, won't cost you more than $100

I'd love to DIY, but I don't have the tools... <_< Besides, having no experience in sticking them together, I'm at a risk of flooding the office, which is a big no no. I might try for the sump tank though... more room for error. Thanks bro!

Haha... I know what you mean. I think its the same for everyone. You will be admiring your corals & fishes, and spot the scratch. "Where did THIS come from?!? ARGHHHH!!!" :pinch: TBH, I'm more afraid of "accidents" from my colleagues than my own folly. I can hit myself in the head if its my own fault, but I will be really torn if it's caused by others. If anyone has seen "Finding Nemo" (seriously, how could any reefer not watch this great show?), there are plenty of people like the girl in braces. They see something nice in the tank, the finger goes thumping on the glass.
