Skunk Cleaner Shrimps not working??

I've two of these skunk cleaner shrimps.

one pair of pink Skunk Clownfish and 2 other clownfish and some corals in my tank.

One of the pink skunk clownfish kanna ich and always swims to the cleaner shrimps and then tail up and head down. The clean shrimps just ignore the clownfish. I thought they supposed to help clean the parasite from the fish?

If I buy somemore shrimps, can you recommend a better shrimps to buy that will clean the fish?

I don't know if it'll clean the ich parasite/germ/bacteria or not. hmm.

im not sure about this,but i have 6 cleaner shrimps and a doctor fish aka cleaner wrasses and my fishes still get ich,1 of my true clowns just pass away because of ich too..

so are they really useful?

Was thinking of getting a cleaner wrasses too, just wondering how safe are this fish? pls help advise cos don't want another mistake.

not sure,but i think its quite difficult to rare..

heard from LFS that some people nv succeed in having them.

urh please. ich parasite, if I'm not wrong, is not cleaned of by such cleanup crew.

cleaning. cleanup crew of tank, some do pitstops for your fishes. they provide therapeutic massage for them. and thats to quote a Discovery Channel show! (=
