can i keep a mandarin in my tank?

took a v nice photo of a mandarin fish from Kevin's tank... really like the coloration... so am wondering if i can keep one in my tank too

my 3ft tank is about 7 months old now.. i have a 2ft sump and use 3 tubes T5 HO lighting

the LS i have in my tank are as follow

1 yellow tang 3 inch

3 common clown

1 lawnmower blenny

1 sailfin tang 2 inch

3 hermit crabs in my sump

many different types of zoas and palys... some branching LPS, 1 favia, 3 clams, 1 1/4 gonio, many many mushrooms..

i'm using coral chips as base, thinking of adding sand maybe later... have some life rocks in sump but dunno if there are many pods living in there.. probably sucked up by the skimmer. haha

so how? possible to keep a nice mandarin fish??

No if the pods is not visible, unless they eats pellets
