It depends on what brand and after support services you are looking at...

Can also look for Joe_P 's Reef Maniacs PS... I'm using the 3ft one... he also has the 2ft ones. (good after sales service)

I have a 1.5yr old 24inch beckett skimmer for sale at $150.

Just decommed this skimmer about 5days ago. Still in good

working condition. Had been serving my 5ft tank very well.
