Can anyone ID this fish for me?

Hi to all senior out there. I am new to marine stuff and was wondering what kind of fish I have brought and what do they eat since it have being in my tank for like a week and one of them started to swim upwards to the water surface. I am unsure what's wrong with it and what it feeds on so if anyone out there knows the answer for me. Please share with me the knowledge. Thanks.

It looks like a scooter blenny to me. From what i know, they need live pods to feed on like mandarin fish.
