Fish cant swim properly!!!

Hi guys,

i have a problem here. My red ruby wrasse is behaving very abnormally. it is unable to swim properly, always upside down and seemingly unable to propel (swim)itself forward. There is no visible problem with the wrasse, and its body is still perfectly normal with no fin tears or whatsoever. Water quality is good and all other fishes are fine, healthy and feeding properly.

Apparently, i cant find any problems with the fish and i also cant find online what this "sickness" is. All i can say is that it seems that it has suddenly lost its gyro stability and cannot swim in normal fashion. Lastly, it has been like that for 2 weeks already and is still surviving, feeding well, albeit struggling to feed since it cant swim well.

Hope somebody out here has prior experience and knows what the problem is, and also the remedy solution to this issue.

Any help/input is appreciated.

Thanks!
