Hi Guys,

any more frags to go? i'm setting up a minimal impact reef and trying to source for frags to start. I'm willing to pay reasonable prices.. and have the following to swop if u desire

Frags/Macroalgae

1. 1x Discosoma sp. (bright green, 20cent coin when expanded)

2. Caulerpa racemosa (different variety from those u get in LFS, resembles C. lentilifera)

3. Ulva c.f. lactuca

4.Chaetomorpha cf. spiralis

5. Dove snails (Pyrene sp.) These guys add good diversity in reef tanks, not excellent grazers but reproduce readily with no planktonic veliger phase. i have bout 10 - 15 nos if u want to swop.

Cheers,

Planula

Hi hi,

the discosoma, i guess i dun have to use common names.

for the algae:

Caulerpa racemosa = grape algae, (but note again, its not the normal / common large ones u'd find in the LFS). This one closely rersembles small grapes attached to a central stalk. They make great nutrient export algae for refugia.

Ulva cf. lactuca = sea lettuce

I'll post the pics shortly. So any frags that u wish to sell or trade? :)

Cheers
