i think sellers are selling at a very profitable cost..!!

i jx saw one at a LFS beside ah beng's at $80 and she said can get at $75...

so i jx wanna let ppl out there know tat $100 or $150 is too much.. its rare.. but doesnt mean impossible to get dem..

and sorrie to steal ur threat..!! =D hope u dun get fooled too..!!

i may b jx joined tis year april u SMART ######... but dat doesnt mean i jx kept marine tis year or any recent years... if u choose a healthy one and carry if properli on ur way home of cause it'll eat well.. u must feel how the fish feel wen it is kept in a bag and being swing.. loving the hobby as a reefer doesnt mean the duration u kept the fish but how u feel for dem and how u can feel their expression.. i can have many beautiful fishes in the tank... but i wan them to feel easy from the the LFS all the way to its new home..

and if ure selling PT at $100.. even if the buyer carry it improperli it will still die.. dun u agree?

as tis is a forum selling price at lesser or equal to market price.. perhaps abit mre due to period of keeping it..

but we reefers are limited in singapore..!! y dun we help each other instead of calling ppl fool?

if u feel the pinch i'm sorrie.. but its nice to share to new comers.. and tats how i feel.. cause ppl do cheat jx to gain profits.. but the profits we REEFERS get are the beauty of our tanks.. and the look in our fishes eyes tat they are happie..~ cheers...!

it's true but i guess we also forget a point here..fish from LFS is confirm cheaper becos they are just shipment from the sea.

after all for us, we keep a fish for one year, the care and love we give to the fish is priceless. isn't it ?

for the care and love we provide to our fishes and the health condition of it, don't u agree that 100 is a reasonable price ? it's like the fish eats all the good food and vitamins to date while new fishes brave through the ocean for survival.

price of wild dog and price of dog keep and train in captive for sometime will it be the same ?

so we can't call him cheater...

and we know that PT price nowadays keep fluctuating, high demand low supply.

so seller can reserved the rights to sell his PT at a higher price...

since if he is gonna to get a new one, the chore of finding it and to provide the same care to it will be priceless.

the logic is simple, price of steak is cheaper compare to the cost of dining at jack's place.

points aside, the thing that bother us will be someone else(not refering to tang73) buying cheap from another reefer, saying he no PT, hen selling it away at higher price.

and yet seems to have plenty of PT...(or is it the same ?)

we all wanna save money, wanna pull back some money from resale for new stock.

but not only one reefer are thinking the same way, all reefers also are also thinking the same.

so all the more, we should spare a tot for others...

if u getting it cheap and selling it away more expensive, it's alright and logical in business term.

but this is more than business...

fish and livestock are the gems of all reefers...one reefer only has one PT, and he sell it to u with trust that u will take care of it.

so at least show nice gesture to the one u bought it from or at least not to jack up the price ridiculously by so much like to even $150 previously ?

if the fish is very rare or harder to keep kind, i dun mind buying more for it. for tangs i willing to pay abit more for 1 that is already stable rather than getting 1 direct from shipment. as we noe tangs usually get ick so risk of spreadin to the rest of ur livestock is high.

I like your last sentence. For $45, I get to see some true color of a reefer. Worth it lah.
