Keeping Sponges

Hey guys.. I've been keeping orange sea sponges for quite awhile now and I realize that they're the only sponge I can keep properly..

All the other sponges tend to degenerate in my tank (I tried keeping them back when my tank was newly set up)..

So I would like to ask for advice on keeping like purple, blue and red sponges..

My tank has been running for alot longer than when I first tried keeping them and there are alot of corals within the tank now... Think I will have more success keeping the sponges now?
