Ar? In that case, my Mingie aka vlamingi tang is perpetually stung everyday, she has a crescent disc-like white patch on her body...

If it's really stung, make sure it feeds well...that will strengthen its immune system...I think...

Your powder blue might be doing it purposely..next day you see it sleeping in your BTA.

I think your PBT should be ok. My sohal and purple tang also kena stung by my carpet anemone before. Got some marks on their but after some time they will recovered. So far so good leh!
