Advise on pump for RA 680

Hi Guys,

Going to take over a RA 680 from a fellow reefer.

Just wanted to know which pump would be best for this chiller.

Understand that there is a built in restriction that reduces flow to 1200l/h on the output.

Previous owner is using AB 3000 to feed this chiller with tee off to CR and Denitrator. Input and output for chiller is in the back then front of the sump.

I am planning to do the same with input of chiller at the end of my sump and output at the start of the sump.

Question now is whether I can drive this with a AB 2000/I? Considering that my pump to chiller is 3ft (length)and chiller back to front of sump is 4ft (length)?

Anyone using the above chiller can give some advise and time taken to chill from 29 to 27C.

Mine is a 4x 2 x 2 tank.

Tried with 2000/I on my RA680 before, works fine. My chiller was 1.5m from the sump.
