Anemone and tube worm is open, so it should not be extremely unhealthy, pics too small.

Brown algae call diatom...

brown stuff appearing means not enough flow at that area and ur water got rather significant PO4 and NO3 for them to grow so you can say its not good. your water is nutrient rich.

I see but when current too high the anemone like want to fly off. My tank about 3 week old after reading some stuff here I know i nv cycle enough. Any fish or shrimp can eat brown alga? So if the anemone is really unhealthy I am think to let go my anemone better then let it suffer.

You never really know unless you test your water parameters. At least do some basic ones like your NH4, NO2, NO3, pH, SG. PO4 as well since you have a diatom problem. Sometimes, just sometimes, 3 weeks is sufficient time to cycle a tank.

Go get some snails.
