What fish is this?

Hi Everyone,

Got this fellow couple of days ago from AM. Can anyone help to identify this fish? It's slightly more than 1 inch in length. Occasionally picks on my LR but not disturbing the corals.

It seems to prefer swimming near the water surface.

Yes it does look like the Striped Poison Fang Blenny, but the tail looks different leh. . .

Wonder if it was cross bred with something like the False Cleaner?

I think its a Wedge-tailed wrasse(Labropsis Xanthonota).

If this is what you got, it should not be reef safe. According to the short description in my book, as a juvenile it is a cleaner and as an adult it feeds on coral polyps.
