Servicing Chiller

Hi, my Pacific Cool chiller is down for a few weeks now. I am now looking for a qualified service guy. I read somewhere here in the forum that someone by the name of Derek does servicing of PC range of chillers. Would appreciate very much if Derek or someone technically qualified can pm me for a painless and quick service.

hmmm... tried calling Derrick a couple of times over the last three days but seemed like no one pick up. Wonder if the number is correct or is he still doing servicing? Anyone got lobang for other service stuff? Please let me know. Tks

I managed to call Derrick at his new hp no. 97979910. He's a swell guy. He spent close to an hour fixing my chiller, in the end it was diagnosed that the fan and some parts have broken down and to repair them would incur cost that is not just worth it. And he never charge me a single cent for the work. All in all, a very professional, friendly guy. Would certainly call him again for some other related work.
