help needed for getting chiller

i have a cl450 running on my tank.

my tank is 3 tier for 3 2x1x1.5ft tanks.

total water is about 200L.

im currently using a resun cl450 but it is quite noisy.

i was considering whether to get a resun cl300 as it is new and wont be as noisy.

the problem is that if i get the resun cl300, will it take the same time to cool my tank?

wat is the HP for resun cl300?

as the price is $200 for a 1month old resun cl300 chiller and if i would change the fan and service my resun cl450, it will cost me at least $100 ($80 for the fan)

so should i jus get the new chiller or service my resun cl450?

If you are buying resun again...I would suggest to repair/service the current set provided repair cost is reasonable. Else buy Arctica chiller for better performance, reliablity and low noisy but a bit ex than resun.
