looks like an open brain to me.. i think ur shrimp might have died and drifted to the open brain and became its dinner.. the brain doesn't look too healthy, could be hunger..

the shrimp still moving it's legs but half already kena swallow.

usually shrimps are strong and fast enough to escape from almost everything, except for certain fish eating shrimps. for corals to be consuming them, it has to mean that the shrimp is already on the verge of death, and its slow and weak, hence the brain is able to consume it. the open brain takes bout 4-5 min to fully swallow the fella i guess? much more den enough time for them to escape.

just a random thought: how is e open brain gonna digest the hard exoskeleton of the shrimp.. hmmm.
