Can put anti-biotic ?

Can anyone advise whether I can put anti-biotic pill into tank to cure fish from Ich parasite? WIll it affect the coral?

I remember it's the last source for discus fish. When the discus already collapse, just dissolve few anti-biotic to the tank.. and the fish will recover the next day.

Tank 4x2x2.5
