Hi all.

Could anyone of you help me ID these hitchhikers and whether they are reef-safe or not?

They are very active at night (ligths off)

Thanks a million. :thanks:

very good quality LR.

i will keep the rest other than crabs and worms. not sure about that blacky in set 3 though.

If a man could beat his own fantasy. Then to only breed in captivity. Then its pointless.

Genesis 1:20

And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that has life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. And God created great whales, and every living creature that moves, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

any idea how to get rid those hair crab

Assuming you have no fish yet...

Cut a plastic 500ml (or smaller) bottle in half, slot the part where you drink from into the bottom half. Place a market prawn (haybee worked for me...) into the bottle, leave it on your sandbed.

What I did was to push down one side of the bottle into the sand, so one side of the entrance is more or less level to the sandbed. Off the lights, wait for a night or too.

Do this during the cycling phase though. Good luck.
