i'm using a eheim 1262, one bad thing is, it's 80W, contributes abt 10+ dollars to ur monthly bills..

but good thing is it can be used out of water.. and it is very powerful and reliable.. :)

oh ya,

i use this graph to calculate my head loss and the flow rate when it hits my tank.. so u can use this to get an accurate turnover rate for ur tank.. :)

Thanks for the quick reply !

I'm currently using ehiem 1060, so thinking of upgrade.

Since I'm not using a chiller, heat output is a concern.

The OR seems to consume lesser watt, thus need some info to those who are using ocean runner.
