Dear all,

If I want to pump water 4 ft from the sump to a 4 ft x 2ft x 2ft, what is a good pump to use?

For a tank of this size, I will need a flow rate of at least 1200 gph, right?

Please recommend the brand? And if you can agar agar tell me the price even better?

i am using eheim 1262 to push water in the tank same size...warranty 3 years somemore..very good...hehe...

In that case, if I need a linear flow of 18 inches, the dimension of my box can be 9 inches by 9 inches or 10 inches by 8 inches, right?

Are there such things as 1.43 inches pipe or 1.5 inches pipe??

Hi....yes.linear flow is calculated the way you said...

normally pipes are in mm or imperial sizes...seldom have so exact decimal one
