Its Coraline algae you gotta grow them.. with lotsa calcium.

Or you can get very expensive live rocks.. usually rocks that are fully encrusted with coraline cost $16/kg.. .. coral farm usually bring in such. But ensure you can sustain it. else they'll all bleach.

dose calcium supplement or get a calcium reactor.

got calcium, no light also no use.

get some good lightings like T5s or MH with blue actinic as supplements.

basically, mantain good water quality with good lights and you will see coraline in a fair bit of time.

of course, you need to seed it in ur tank if u do not have any coraline in your rocks or tank.

My experience tells me that MG is a key trigger to coraline growth. So maintain a level of 1200-1400. Besides Mg, you'll also need to maintain a good level of calcium to support the growth of coraline.

Again do note that you'll need to seed your tank with a good sample of coraline. if there is no coraline to begin with, nothing will ever grow.
