problem is that my tank is so filled up with corals that got no space to put a ceramic tile inside. i think i just let mummy clownfish do it naturally. hope that the small clowns will survive!!! :yeah:

also beware when putting your hand into the tank as mummy may bite u. maybe u should put them in another tank with ceramic tile and a few rocks and jus an airstone so that the baby when be sucked into the filter. prepare to buy rotifers for the new born too.

The tiny nemos won't survive more than the night in the tank. They will get eaten or end up in the skimmer. Look out for shiny littles eyes when emptying the skimmate or cleaning the skimmer.

If you want to raise the fries, you'll need to get them out of the tank once hatched. Of course they will need feeding with rotifer which you must grow and it's too late now. Read Clownfish by Joyce Wilkerson for more information to breeding clownfishes.

Tanzy has a spawning pair of clowns... always breeding. I suspect that it has to do with the 4 streams in his tank. The clowns can't really swim around much due to the massive current so they stay together and with too much time on their fins... :whistle

Just wondering...objective is to save the fries...

is it possible to put those acrylic containers, that are ventilated by small holes and yet do not permit fish to enter, over the eggs in your tank?

I'm just worried that they will become 'ebiko' for the tank inhabitants... :(
