No and defiantely no....... Since you want your tank to be almost fully stock with coral, it is very important that you go overskimming to re move those dissolved waste produced

The only decent skimmer within that range is Weipro but it won't nearly be enough if you are going SPS or gonna jam packed it with LPS.

You will need at least $500 to get a better skimmer.i suggest save the money intended for SPS and get a good skimmer first before buying the corals.

Euroreef, AquaC, H&S are all very good skimmers.You won't go wrong getting any one of them.

You can also consider Red Sea Fish Prizm Pro which has an average price of about SGD360.00. P*tM**t used to offer at SGD318.00 a few months back. I am using one on a 3ft tank + 3ft sump.

yeah, if its a aqua medic multi turbo flotor 1000 or higher rating than taht, pls get it cos its a very good skimmer....
