Hi as I was cleaning my tank, saw this almost transparent thing that look like silver fish found between pages in the books with feelers. It "ran" around on the sand and curl up like a ball.

Can anyone tell me what it is and is it better to take it out?

its probably those copepods and amphipods...leave it alone...its good ;)
